Non-Returnable Items

- Products with personal embroidery or custom branding
- Final sale or clearance items

2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending your item.

4. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-sized, personalized, or private label products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review all specifications and customization details carefully before placing a custom order.
