1. Returns

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


5. Custom and Personalized Items

Please note that custom-sized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We encourage you to review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.
